ERNIE ADAMS
I first heard "Fusion" music in 1976 listening to a recording of "School Days" by Stanley Clarke. It was on the local college station that was playing on my parents clock radio one evening. Discovering "Return to Forever", "Mahavishnu Orchestra", "Headhunters", “Weather Report” and "Jeff Beck", among others, changed my perspective on music. It changed my life. I'll always have a place in my heart for jazz fusion.
